Stages of radiosensor technical diagnostics of electronic devices

The paper presents the main stages of a new method of radio-sensor technical diagnostics of electronic devices. The possibilities for recording the electrical component of the electromagnetic field the signal radio profile of the radio-electronic unit, emitted by the electronic device itself are shown. Requirements for measuring equipment are presented. An experiment on recording a signal radio profile has been carried out and its analytical expression has been presented. The possibilities for decomposition and extraction of parameters of the received radiation by means of frequency-time conversion are shown. A correlation analysis of the original and reconstructed signal radio profiles has been carried out. Recommendations are given for using the best parameters of the expansion window to achieve the highest value of the correlation function. On the example of an experimental sample with deliberately introduced faults, the possibility of determining and localizing a fault is shown. The technique of carrying out radiosensor technical diagnostics is presented. The advantages of this method are clearly shown, subject to the limitations and recommendations formulated in the work.

Determination of vitamins by liquid chromatographs with different detectors in food products and biological fluids

Vitamins are an important part of a healthy and complete human diet, along with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber (macronutrients) and trace elements, antioxidants (micronutrients). Vitamins are micronutrients, some vitamins are antioxidants A, E, C, etc. Vitamins determine both the general state of human health and the course of individual diseases. It is important to know the content of vitamins in human foods and biological fluids. The content of vitamins in these media is determined mainly by liquid chromatographs with different detectors. Liquid chromatographs use a variety of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods. To determine some vitamins, GOSTs have been developed.

Topological interpolation method for modeling structurally complex continuous-discrete dynamic objects

A method for modeling structurally complex continuous-discrete control systems is discussed. The topological interpolation method is based on the application of hybrid methods of state space of variables and interpolation of signals for modeling and calculation of dynamic processes in continuous-discrete systems. The essence of the method consists in the fact that the dynamics of the system under study, considered on a finite interval, is divided into sub-intervals, in each of which processes are described by linear ordinary system differential equations. The computational efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated by comparing it with standard methods such as the Runge-Kutta-Merson method. Applying this method to calculate the dynamic processes described by nonlinear or piecewise linear differential equations with right-bifurcation allows reducing the number of calculations for 2n1 times in comparison with known methods and getting rid of operations connected with the expansion of the fundamental matrix in power Taylor series.

Highly efficient technologies of diamond grinding of materials for instrument making and microelectronics (review)

The paper describes examples of the successful implementation of new types of organically bonded diamond tools for precision machining of thin wafers made of various materials (glass, sapphire, silicon), which are widely used in micro- and optoelectronics.

Laser processing of silicon carbide

The work is devoted to the study of various methods of laser processing of silicon carbide wafer. The results of using a picosecond Nd:YAG-laser with a wavelength of 1 064 nm for laser drilling holes in the SiC substrate are presented.

Development of the model of a set of color standards for optical microscope research and its manufacturing technology

The design and technological process of small-scale production of a color calibration standard for correcting the readings read from the CCD array of computerized optical microscopes before conducting histological analysis of biological tissues in an automatic mode have been developed. Unlike currently used analogues made on a polymer carrier, the developed calibration standard was created on the basis of the use of standardized optical colored glasses. This makes it possible to identify the real colors of histological stains at high magnifications, avoiding errors associated with the graininess of the image created by the pigments of the colored polymer emulsion. The developed technological process includes cutting the plates into rectangular plates 4 mm long, 1 mm thick and 25 mm wide, their double-sided group grinding and polishing using an intermediate carrier, and gluing onto two cover slips. As a result, a set of color fields is created, in the dimensions of a standard glass slide 75 x 25 mm 2 mm thick.

Development of technological regimes when creating SLM technology

The article is devoted to the development of technological modes for creating the technology of selective laser melting (SLS, selective laser melting, SLM). For the practical implementation of SLM technology at the enterprises of the group of companies Lasers and Apparatus TM, Moscow, Russia, industrial laser technological equipment was created, for which we developed software and conducted a study of possible options for choosing the technological parameters of the equipment for manufacturing products of complex geometry.

In particular, the development, implementation, and research of a new SLM technology for the automated production of component was carried out, taking into account the solution of issues of ensuring their effective use and reliability.
