Combined algorithm for processing doppler signals based on a modified Morlaix wavelet transform for phased arrays of ultrasonic sensors

The paper considers the problem of increasing the accuracy of object speed estimation in ultrasonic Doppler systems based on phased arrays. A combined algorithm is proposed that integrates heterodyne transformation and a modified Morlet wavelet transform with centroid instantaneous frequency estimation, along with a method for detecting motion direction using inter-channel phase difference. A pipelined parallel processing architecture for four channels on an FPGA has been developed. Numerical modeling and field experiments demonstrated a 3.5-fold reduction in speed estimation error at a signal-to-noise ratio of 10 dB compared to the correlation method, confirming a measurement error not exceeding 2 %.

A Method for Creating Auxiliary Analysis Tools for Design Documentation

The paper considers a method for creating auxiliary software and hardware tools for analyzing design documentation. The software component includes a three-level hybrid pipeline that combines a sequence of lightweight convolutional neural networks (CNN), graph neural networks (GNN) and language models (LM), as well as a specialized tokenizer that identifies objects specific to design documentation. This approach enables the use of a unified hardware infrastructure localized on a single server.

Keywords: automated drawing control, neural networks.

Integration of automatic identification system data and safety distance criteria in the task of route and trajectory control of an autonomous object

Research work addresses data transmission issues by supporting the AIS system and, thus, maintaining a safe distance in the route and trajectory control system of an autonomous vessel navigating in chokepoints. An approach is proposed for using AIS information to describe changes in movement, enable approach parameters, and initiate static control for a local bypass algorithm. Safe distance criteria are introduced, which are used to construct a safety corridor. An analysis of typical cases of divergence when following a global route in chokepoints is conducted. Experimental validation on cartographic data confirmed the viability of the proposed connection.

Azimuth Electric Thruster Speed Control System as a Component of Dynamic Positioning Equipment

The research work present ha hardware and software implementation of an azimuthal electromotor rotation frequency control system integrated into the dynamic positioning equipment of an ice-class vessel is considered. The composition and architecture of the system, including the AXC 3050’ programmable logic controller, network interfaces and PI control algorithms, are described. The results of model tests on the «SCF Sakhalin» vessel are presented, confirming the operability and effectiveness of the proposed solution for optimizing dynamic positioning.

Investigation of the dependence of spectral characteristics of a broadband ytterbium fiber source on active fiber length

This paper presents the results of an experimental study of a broadband fiber source based on amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) with an active ytterbium-doped fiber (Yb3+) pumped at 975 nm. It is shown that varying the length of the active medium enables control over the position of the spectral maximum and the spectral width. Fiber samples with lengths of 13.5 m, 32 m, and 90 m were experimentally investigated. A shift of the center wavelength from ~1030 nm to ~1080 nm was observed with increasing fiber length. The dependences of the output power and spectral parameters on the active fiber length at different pump power levels were determined. Stable ASE generation in the 1000...1100 nm range was achieved. The obtained results can be used in the development of broadband sources for fiber-optic sensors, optical coherence tomography systems, and spectroscopy.

Keywords: ytterbium-doped fiber, amplified spontaneous emission, active medium length, spectral characteristics, fiber source.

On the invariance of the position of the diagnosed zone of stable force action on the ferrosonde in a special magnetometer of the ponderomotive type

The development of a solution the problem of diagnosing the working area of a ponderomotive type magnetometer is presented in the article. The results of studies are presented in which samples of magnetically active powder materials were used as a ferroprobe that senses the effect of a magnetic force in the interpolar region of the magnetometer. The obtained results allow us to judge the acceptability of such an approach to the diagnosis of the working area: the coordinates of the extremes of the obtained dependences of the measured magnetic force during the movement of the ferro-probes are practically equivalent both to each other and to the coordinates of previously conducted studies in which a steel ferro-probe ball was used.

Keywords: diagnostics of the working area of the magnetometer, control of the magnetic force, the extremum of its coordinate dependence, powder ferrosonde.

This paper analyzes the current state of measurement methods and instruments intended for determining the parameters of electromagnetic fields in electric vehicles and vehicles with hybrid power supply, as well as an analysis of regulatory documents governing control procedures. Measurements of electromagnetic field parameters in vehicles have been carried out, and the main sources of electromagnetic fields during operation are described. The results obtained allowed the development of a draft methodology for measuring electromagnetic field parameters in electric vehicles and vehicles with hybrid power supply.
