The improvement of bearing characteristics of a matrix photodetector device when observing point objects by equipping their photosensitive elements with microlenses is nonlinear in nature. The maximum increase in the proportion of a detected signal is ~20 %, while the expected average is 10 %. The greatest realization of microlenses potential can be achieved with prior information about the direction of movement of observed objects.

The research focuses on developing a method for managing the structure and flow of data packets in communication networks under non-stationary load conditions. This approach boosts network efficiency and reliability by enabling quick responses to changes in system load and dynamics. The proposed method offers an automated and efficient way to manage communication networks under variable load conditions, which improves service quality for users and reduces the risk of system failures.
The study introduces a control algorithm for computing networks that breaks down the management task into specific, interconnected sub-tasks. Solving these sub-tasks ensures the required quality of message transmission, even when network load changes unpredictably.

This article discusses the implementation of a database management system (DBMS) for storing and processing multilayer technical objects (MTO) used in various areas, such as the development of electronic devices, modeling for 3D-printing, the description of building structures and other areas. Various data models and DBMS, as well as available software products, which use MTO storage and processing, have been investigated. The structure, functionality and operational capabilities of a specialized SDB (Structure Data Base) for MTO are presented. The efficiency criteria and the performance analysis of various databases for MTO, including SDB, combining the advantages of various data models, are carried out. Performance analysis and efficiency evaluation of the DBMS for MTO storage and processing is carried out. SDB DBMS was experimental test on a hardware and software stand, confirming the required operational properties. The proposed SDB DBMS has been successfully applied as part of the CAD «CPK» for chip packaging, which developed at JSK «INEUM named after I.S. Brook».

This work is devoted to the study of experimental samples of superluminescent radiation for interference devices and systems operating in low-coherent light by spectral analysis. In optical instrumentation, great attention is paid to superluminescent LEDs, because they are widely used in low-coherence interferometry due to their technical characteristics. The use of the spectral method to identify the maximum wavelength of radiation, the width of the spectrum is important, since these parameters determine the length of coherence, therefore, this work is relevant and promising. The purpose and task of the study is set. The functional diagram of the measuring unit and the monochromator unit are given. Graphical dependences of the relative spectral sensitivity of experimental samples on different heterostructures are obtained and the coherence length for each light source is calculated.
