Experimental study of the metrological characteristics of weighbridges

The article presents the results of studies of the metrological characteristics of experimental weighbridges. The results of comparison of two methods are presented loading weights and force. According to the research results, it was determined that the assessments of the metrological characteristics of heavy weights obtained by the force method are not worse than the method using weights.

An approach to metrological support for measuring large masses is described based on a modular method of influencing weight-measuring sensors with a force equivalent to the gravity of weights.

Experimental study of the metrological characteristics of the developed trigger-type optical probe

This article to the study of the metrological characteristics of the developed optical probe of the trigger type is devoted. The relevance of the work is shown, since optical methods and means of measuring the surface relief expand the class of measured surfaces. The method of compensatory variation of the path difference of the interacting rays is determined. The range of measurements of the surface relief in an optical probe of the trigger type, which was equal to 3.8 mm, was obtained. It is experimentally that the amplitude and envelope of the interference signal are the most important characteristics of the measuring device, which contain information about the measured distance, provide the necessary amount of excess of the useful signal above the noise level and noise immunity of measurements was obtained. The measurement error at normal sounding (θ = 0) of the controlled surface, which does not exceed 1.5 microns, was obtained.

Application of critical nozzles in gas metering units

The accuracy, measurement range of existing gas metering units can be greatly improved by applying the proposed parallel metering unit structure using critical nozzles. The issues of implementation of gas metering units with critical nozzles in the gas metering and reduction point are considered.

Bases of the theory and calculation of two-layer elastic elements at mechanical loadings

Theoretical basics of the analysis and calculation of tension and elastic deformations in two-layer structures metal - crystal for pressure converter and other are covered. Formulas are given and the technique of the analysis and calculation of elastic deformations of single crystal sensors silicon on sapphire is shown. Examples of calculation of elastic deformation in points of a crystal are given.

Device for determining the influence of mechanical vibrations of a lying drop on the results of measurements of surface tension

The article describes a solid-soldered measuring cell created by the authors to determine the degree of influence of vertical mechanical vibrations of a lying drop on the accuracy of surface tension measurements. Tests of the measuring cell have shown that small mechanical vibrations, excited by a single impact directed along the vertical axis passing through the top of a symmetrical lying drop, lead to changes in the surface tension, the amplitude of which can exceed the measurement accuracy by 10 times.
