Minimization of the error of the electric induction sensor of the electric field in the form of a square conductive plate
The paper proposes a planar-type electric field strength sensor with square-shaped sensing elements, the size of the sides of which is smaller than the size of the sides of the square base of the sensor. The sensor has a negative error caused by the inhomogeneity of the field modulo not exceeding 3 % in the spatial measurement range 0 ≤ a ≤ L / 2, where L / 2 is the distance from the sensor center to the field source, equal to half the side of the square base of the sensor. In comparison with known sensors, with the same error, the proposed sensor has a spatial measurement range approximately five times larger.
Keywords: electric field, uniform field, inhomogeneous field, point source, intensity, planar square sensor, field inhomogeneity error, electrometric measurements.

System profiling of data collection and processing of environmental measurements
Data collection systems are becoming widespread and there are various approaches to implementation. In this paper, various options for the interaction of the final data collection nodes-sensor complexes-are presented, and the optimal option for the given constraints and assumptions is determined. The hierarchy of building information interaction within the acquisition system, both general and for each application level is formed. The given hierarchy on the basis of the chosen interaction of sensor complexes allows to realize energy-efficient, fault-tolerant systems of collecting and processing environmental data for large areas.
Keywords: electrometry, measuring instruments, electromagnetic field sensors, measurement process automation, measurement signal, data transmission technology.

Carbon footprint as an indicator of environmental safety of microelectronics production
The carbon footprint is considered as an integral indicator of the environmental safety of ventilation and air conditioning systems of a microelectronics enterprise. A comparison is made of greenhouse gas emission values for systems with heat recovery and recirculation of conditioned air. By calculation, the amount of reduction in the carbon footprint is determined by reducing the consumption of natural gas by the heat energy producer. It has been shown that the carbon footprint of recycling is 10 times lower than that of recovery.
Keywords: carbon footprint, ventilation and air conditioning system, environmental safety indicator, heat recovery, recirculation of conditioned air, greenhouse gas emissions, natural gas.

Mathematical model, algorithm for recording of intrachamber manipulator trajectories under control from a multi-axes stick
The paper analyzes methods for obtaining trajectory data as an array of angles of the manipulator with revolution joints, acquiring automatically or by operator commands. An algorithm of polynomial trajectories generation is synthesized for further repeatable execution. Algorithm accuracy was tested on trajectory movements of manipulation system during in-filed operations at «Rosatom» factory.

General diversity metric for N-version software
This article proposes a general diversity metric that allows you to combine various particular metrics. Particular diversity metrics used in the calculations have impact on general diversity metric value, so the determining the most impact particular metric question arises. To solve this task, the article proposes an approach based on regression analysis. To confirm the effectiveness of the general metric of diversification application, a computational experiment was carried out.
Keywords: software reliability, methodology of N-version programming, diversity, diversity metric on algorithms level, diversity metric on programming languages level, general diversity metric, metric space, Steiner minimum spanning tree, regression analysis.

Investigation of optical wedges for optical and optoelectronic devices and complexes by spectral method
This article to the study of optical wedges made for optical and optoelectronic devices and complexes by the spectral method is devoted. Modern spectral methods and tools allow you to properly conduct the technological process, control the quality of raw materials, create new high-quality materials, so the work is promising and relevant. The paper sets the task and defines the method and object of research. The appearance, optical scheme and technical characteristics of the u-Violet VIS spectrophotometer of the SILab brand are given. The spectral dependences of the transmittance of the material on the wavelength of light radiation were obtained. After analyzing the optical wedges, it was revealed that the maximum transmission has an optical wedge made of magnesium fluoride (MgF2).

Substantiation of the adequacy indicator of the mathematical model for ensuring the security measures of personal data of the personnel body of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex
In this article, the substantiation of the adequacy indicator of the mathematical model of ensuring personal data security measures (hereinafter – PD) of the personnel body of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex is given. A hypothesis characterizing the possibility of providing PD security states is presented. The article also formulates an analogy that allows us to assess the possibilities of ensuring the protection of PD states, as the degree of compliance of the current values of the parameters of these states with the required ones. As a metric of the adequacy of a mathematical model, it is proposed to use the difference between the values of the characteristic of the model that takes into account all possible parameters and the values of this characteristic of the model that takes into account only individual parameters. The proposed metric is universal and can be recommended as an indicator of the adequacy of the assessment of the capabilities to ensure the safety of PD.
Keywords: justification of the indicator, adequacy of the mathematical model, provision of personal data security measures.

Sealing the thermistor based on silicon alloyed with nickel
This paper presents a technology for manufacturing a thermistor and a compound for protection against external influences (moisture, dust, etc.). It is shown that the interaction of the thermistor with the measured medium improves, which increases the speed of operation and at the same time reduces the heat generated due to the current passing through the thermistor. The technical requirements for the developed thermistors are given, the casting compounds were selected, which must have the appropriate viscosity and vitality, ensuring good filling of the required volumes; mechanical strength in the polymerized state, corresponding to possible static and dynamic loads under operating conditions.

Mathematical models and characteristics of error
For a complete description and evaluation of the error, the construction of a mathematical model and characterization of errors is an important task. The mathematical model of errors is described on the basis of the theory of statistically independent random variables and stationary random processes. To quantify the error, the probabilistic characteristics and parameters of the error model are determined. These characteristics and error parameters can be in 3 types: 1) set as required or permissible norms of characteristics; 2) these are the probabilistic characteristics of the measurement error; 3) statistical error estimate, i.e. determination of the closeness of the measurement result to the true value of the measured quantity.
Keywords: information process, mathematical model, random process, random function, correlation function, correlation coefficient, spectral density, centered random variable.
