Mobile test system for diagnosing changes in the composition of aqueous solutions

The work is devoted to the description of a mobile test system for diagnosing the elemental composition of aqueous solutions, which can be used to control greenhouse gas emissions in the atmospheric air and water bodies. The technology is based on monitoring the parameters of aqueous solutions saturated with atmospheric air. The article presents the rationale for the development and implementation of the presented technology to ensure objective monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions at carbon landfills in the Russian Federation, with the possibility of generating digital measurement protocols and transferring them to a single center for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions in a controlled area.

Improving the Efficiency of Eddy Current Control of Carbon Fiber Objects by Increasing the Sensitivity to the Orientation of Carbon Fibers

The work is devoted to increasing the efficiency of eddy current testing of carbon fiber objects. This is achieved by increasing the sensitivity of the eddy current probe (ECP) to changes in the direction of carbon fibers during scanning. The developed ECP is designed to detect delamination-type defects in multilayer carbon-fiber materials, as well as to record the deviation of the direction of carbon-fiber fibers from a given orientation.

Modeling the optimal composition of a bonded diamond tool and technological modes of the processing process

The paper reveals the phenomenon of a diamond tool with an organic binder based on a foamed epoxy resin cured with polyethylene polyamine, which consists in a sharp decrease in the depth of the disturbed fractured layer and surface roughness when processing brittle non-metallic materials. A mathematical model has been developed that describes the thermal processes occurring in the contact zone diamond grain binder composite material being processed when processing various materials with a bonded diamond tool. Numerous experimental results have been obtained confirming the correctness of theoretical calculations.

Development of an automatic control system of focus adjustment for laser micromachining technology

The development of modern laser technologies requires the development of new application software together with hardware for automated industrial process equipment. A variant of an optoelectronic focus maintenance system for precision processing of materials using ultrashort pulsed picosecond and femtosecond laser radiation is proposed.

A method for monitoring the operability of supercomputer liquid cooling systems based on a sorption cable sensor

The paper considers existing approaches to the organization of monitoring the operation of supercomputer liquid cooling systems, according to the criterion of leak detection with a minimum flow rate of coolant leakage. The problem of controlling the hermeticity of elements of liquid cooling systems in critical zones of the 3D space of computing IT racks is shown. A comprehensive solution is proposed to improve the efficiency of leakproofness control of the flow radiators of the computing nodes of the IT racks of super computers using a universal sorption cable leak sensor and a control of changes in the relative humidity level.

Laser formation of microcavities for the manufacture of dissolving polymer microneedles

The work is dedicated to the optimization of laser technology to produce microneedle mold and different materials for its production. The microneedle polymethyl methacrylate and polyethylene terephthalate molds were produced by laser micromachining. Laser micromachining technology of fabrication hollow microneedle mold from different polymeric materials were also designed in this study.

Modern approaches to modification of polymer coatings

Scanning images by coherent optical processor

The work is devoted to the use of surface acoustic waves in the processing of optical images. In particular, the described method can be used to scan interferograms of high-precision optical surfaces during technological and certification control. An example of the use of a device on surface acoustic waves for scanning an image by means of a phase diffraction grating formed due to the photoelasticity effect inherent in some crystals, in particular, LiNbO3, is considered.

Application of machine vision and mathematical modeling methods for the development of technologies for the creation of electronic devices

In this paper, the question of the possibility of using the technology of selective laser melting to create elements and cooling systems of electronic devices is considered. The necessity of using mathematical modeling and machine vision methods to accelerate and reduce the cost of the process of selecting technological parameters and quality control of the product in the manufacturing process is shown. Several software solutions using mathematical modeling and machine vision are demonstrated.

Study of the possibility of using an Er-Tm fiber laser for material processing

Fiber lasers are a unique tool that opens up a new era in materials processing, and also outperforms other types of lasers in almost all essential parameters that are important from the point of view of their industrial use. The paper shows one of the possible applications of a passively Q-switched erbium fiber laser, which implements continuous and pulsed radiation, for processing (engraving, marking) various materials.
