Comparison of coordinate system matching methods in the application of optical devices and optoelectronic information and measurement systems

The article analyzes the methods of coordinate system matching using optical and optoelectronic measuring instruments. It is noted that the best matching results can be achieved with the use of optoelectronic measuring instruments using mathematical recalculation algorithms. The algorithm of coordinate recalculation for matching the object and measuring coordinate systems is given. A graphical interpretation of the results of experimental work using optical and optoelectronic measuring instruments is presented.

Analysis of technical resources of modular elements for building systems management

The article presents the results of the analysis of the technical capabilities of electronic modules and peripheral devices of the Wiren Board company. The office and own production of the company is located in Russia in the city of Dolgoprudny. The company has been producing automation equipment for more than 8 years, developing software, implementing progressive and high-tech solutions in the following areas:

- industrial production;

- information processing centers;

- commercial real estate (offices, warehouses, hotels, shopping complexes);

- automation of engineering systems of apartment buildings;

- private sector cottages, townhouses, greenhouses.

Modules of the current product line for providing management and monitoring of engineering systems of buildings are considered. The range of equipment has been studied in detail, the systematization of the proposed modular elements according to functional parameters and application features has been carried out. The results obtained enable industry specialists to understand the technical characteristics of the products and speed up the selection of the necessary set of elements for the design of an automation system for a particular process.

Experimental study of the developed spectrocolorimetric system for studying the optical properties of liquid-phase media of the food industry

The paper to the possibility of using the developed spectrocolorimetric system to study the optical properties of liquid-phase media of the food industry is devoted. The relevance and prospects of research are shown, since the measured system allows monitoring the chromaticity of the object under study, measuring optical reflection and transmission spectra in the wavelength range from 380 nm to 760 nm, but investigating substances of different aggregate states in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum. The objectives of the study are defined, as well as the objects and method of control of liquid-phase media are given. The experimental results of measurements of the chromaticity coordinates of the samples under study on a color triangle are shown. The spectral dependences of the diffuse reflection coefficient in the ultraviolet, visible and near infrared regions of the spectrum are measured.

On the issue of metrological classification of weight control systems of motor vehicles

Based on the analysis of international recommendations on the classification of weighing systems in motion (weigh in motion WIM), it is proposed to introduce the following accuracy classes vehicle weight control systems of AVGK in accordance with the accuracy classes of automatic weighing scales for vehicles according to GOST 33242-2015 (OIML R 134-1:2006).

Automatic calibration and verification of analyzers of chemical current sources

The paper presents a software and hardware system developed and used for automatic calibration and verification of analyzers of chemical current sources of the ASK2.5.10.x series manufactured by YAROSTANMASH LLC. The complex is used on the production line of this enterprise and allows you to perform a full cycle of calibration of all analyzer parameters in automatic mode, without human intervention. After calibration, using the same complex, the factory verification of the calibrated analyzer is carried out, also in automatic mode. The use of the complex guarantees the compliance of the produced analyzers with the declared technical and metrological characteristics, completely eliminating the influence of the human factor in the calibration and verification of instruments. The hardware part of the complex consists of a device specially designed for the complex a switch, a Rigol DM3068 high-precision multimeter, a Maynuo M8812 programmable DC power supply unit and a control computer. The software part is made in the form of a specialized Ys128 application that runs on a computer and controls the operation of all equipment. The article provides a description of the complex, a block diagram of the calibrator, and the main control algorithms. The article can serve as a practical example for the development of similar equipment for similar purposes.

This article discusses the results of the work of Russian universities, research institutes, as well as individual scientists and specialists as part of the delegation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation at the Forum Nobel Vision. Open Innovations 2.0 in 2021. The exhibition and the Ministry's business program focused on the work of Technology Transfer Centers and Competence Centers of the National Technological Initiative on the basis of educational institutions of higher education and scientific organizations.
