Development of a multichannel wireless sensor for recording electrical parameters for testing a sorption cable sensor

The work is devoted to the creation of equipment for testing sorption cable sensors of humidity and leaks used to signal water leakage in industrial and domestic conditions, including in smart home technologies.

Quartz digital magnetic variation station: New solutions

The results of the work on the new design of the quartz digital magnetic varation station (QMVS) created at IZMIRAN are presented. The design of the electronics unit (EU) created in the course of work has the possibility of using various analog photoelectric converters, including those created earlier. Variants of the EU construction circuit for QMVS use modern technical and technological solutions related to the conversion of the analog signal from the sensors into digital, with the registration and transmission of the measured accumulated data in various ways. QMVS provides geomagnetic work in various conditions both in observatories and stationary observation points, and for work in a field expedition.

Development of a laser-ultrasonic flaw detector

In this paper presents the results of the development of a laser-ultrasonic flaw detector. The block diagram of the device is presented. The main operation components of the device and the preferred solutions for them are presented. The main components for key units are considered and selected. Requirements for the development of a data collection board are set, considering the connection diagram. Requirements for the development of an electronic module for connecting the working units of the device are set.

Implementation of the full internal reflection method for obtaining optical parameters of food products

The article considers the implementation of the method of total internal reflection for obtaining optical parameters of food products. Obtaining reliable and informative data on the composition of the substance has always been an important task for the food industry, so the work is promising and relevant. The paper presents the formulation of the problem and defines the method and object of research. The appearance of measuring instruments is given, as well as the technical characteristics of the ALR 10 and URL-1 refractometers are given. The dependences of the concentration of dry extract in beer on the refractive index, refractive index on temperature, for three beer samples with a concentration of dry extract of 1,5 %, 2,5 %, 3,5 % by ALR 10 and URL-1 refractometers were investigated. The experimental results obtained made it possible to establish the functional dependence of the refractive index on the temperature and concentration of the substance. It is shown that the resulting error for both refractometers did not exceed Δn ≤ 0,0004.

Actual problems of modern development of GLONASS and GPS systems

Technological development in the world of satellite navigation systems expands the scope of their application. The author systematized the range of modern technical problems of the applied use of satellite systems of global navigation. The results of comparative studies of the technical capabilities of GLONASS and GPS are analyzed. The areas of economic activity where the capabilities of GLONASS and GPS technologies find practical application are systematized.

Study of the temperature properties of silicon structures doped with impurity vanadium atoms

The properties of silicon doped with vanadium impurity atoms have been relatively little studied. Doping of silicon with impurity atoms of vanadium was carried out by the diffusion method in the open air at a temperature of = 1200 ° for t = 10 h from a layer of vanadium chloride deposited on the silicon surface. In the silicon samples obtained after diffusion, the IR spectra corresponding to the absorption of optically active oxygen in silicon were studied.

It has been established that during the diffusion of vanadium atoms, various associated states of technological impurities are formed, for example, oxygen atoms with silicon atoms. It has been established that, depending on the temperature of thermal diffusion and additional treatment, molecular compounds of the SiO2 or SiO4 type are also formed.

Study of europium diffusion in single-crystal silicon

Using SEM, the activation energy and the diffusion coefficient of europium in silicon were determined. On the basis of experimental data, it has been established that, due to the small diffusion coefficient of atoms, the process of diffusion of europium in single-crystal silicon should be carried out for a sufficiently long time. To maximize the concentration of impurity europium atoms in silicon, it is necessary to carry out diffusion from the deposited layer of europium chloride.

About the duration of the transition process

Development of a method for photovoltaic converters parameters control

The article considers the possibility of using the developed original method for estimating the parameters of photovoltaic converters (PVCs) both during the output control at the production site and during the input control carried out before the assembly and installation of solar panels. The comparison of products from different manufacturers is carried out. It is shown that the proposed method is effective and can be recommended for use by specialized enterprises.

Assessment of the expected environmental risk with an increase in the scale of production of microelectronics products

The results of the assessment of the predicted environmental risk based on the calculation of the economic damage to the atmosphere of the natural and technical geosystem from the emissions of pollutants of the microelectronics enterprise with an increase in the scale of production are presented. The prospects of changing the impact of pollutants on the atmosphere with the planned increase in the scale of production are considered. Using an enlarged methodology for assessing economic damage and taking into account the zoning of the territory, it was found that when additional equipment is put into operation and the duration of its operation is increased, the damage to the atmosphere can increase 3.4 times compared to the basic level of production, which leads to the need to develop a set of organizational and technical measures to bring the company's activities into compliance with environmental legislation. As an action to prevent an increase in the load on the atmosphere and reduce the environmental risk and possible risk of morbidity of the population, it is recommended to make changes to technological regimes and revise the size of the sanitary protection zone of the enterprise.
