Integrating ac voltage converter

In the practice of the oil industry, measuring systems based on primary measuring converters of alternating current have become widespread. These converters are characterized by simplicity of design, mechanical strength, high reliability and high output power. Sensor designs make it relatively easy to fit them into technological equipment.

The article discusses some methods of converting sensor output signals in the form of alternating voltages into a digital code.

Application of distributed information, measuring and control systems of electric drives in flexible automated production

The current direction of development of production automation is considered the introduction of flexible automated lines. A comparative analysis of schemes for constructing an automated electric drive for industrial robotic manipulators included in a flexible production line is carried out. The block diagrams of automated electric drives and information-measuring and control systems, characterized by the presence of one or the complete absence of a current correction circuit, are described. A description and study of a prototype of an automated electric drive with information, measuring and control system without a current correction circuit is given.

Quasi-optimal information control system for a technical object using a neural network twin and the delta optimization method

The article considers an approach to solving the problem of quasi-optimal control of an object, taking into account the restrictions imposed on the control parameter on each discrete time slice of the control horizon using two neural networks as a neural network twin of the control object and the delta optimization method. For example, a quasi-optimal DC motor control system is given.

Development of the cutting tools technical diagnostics method during the technological production preparation stages

This study focuses on addressing the issue of maintaining the operational condition of a technological system in terms of the quality parameters of manufactured products within the required timeframe. The authors have developed the method based on multisensory data fusion from two machine systems for technical diagnostics and control (STDC), which contributes to obtaining objective data on the technological system. The input data were obtained via the implementation of the developed method on the section of machines with computer numerical control (CNC) in order to forecast model design under constant cutting conditions with accuracy up to 99 %. The developed forecast model can be applied to maintain a balance between the required control operations number and the immediate processing time through the rational cutting tools choosing and optimal timing for operating steps selection.

Development of a mathematical model of a fault-tolerant converter MixColumns SPN cipher in the polynomial system of residue classes

The article is devoted to the issue of improving the reliability of performing the procedure of MixColumns SPN converters. The aim of the work is to increase the fault tolerance of the implementation of the MixColumns transformation through the use of correction codes in a polynomial system of residue classes.

Colorimetric control of optical elements used for aerial photography in certain atmospheric-optical conditions

The work is devoted to the consideration of the issues of colorimetric control of optical elements used for aerophotography in certain atmospheric-optical conditions. In scientific practice, colorimetric devices and complexes are in demand and make it possible to obtain high-precision, informative and reliable information about the controlled object, so the work is relevant and promising. The article presents the appearance and technical characteristics of the device. The purpose and objectives of the work are set, the object and method of research are determined. Experimental results of photometric parameters of colored glass filters from different manufacturers in the CIELab colorimetric system were obtained, a comparative analysis of experimental data was carried out.

Estimation of the uncertainty budget of vibration installations and ways to reduce it

The information provided in the article until now has been scattered and not systematized, which did not allow specialists with little experience in vibration measurements to fully understand the factors that influence the process and result of calibration of vibration transducers; there was no possibility of taking them into account in the calibration results. In addition, the absence of this information usually leads to an even greater increase in the uncertainty budget due to ignoring the factors influencing uncertainty.

The article discusses the main sources of uncertainty for the correct preparation of the uncertainty budget these are random components uncertainty (type A), measurement uncertainty of the reference channel (for laser interferometry and the back-to-back method), measurement uncertainty of the voltage ratio, the influence of harmonic distortions, the influence of the magnetic field vibrations and the influence of the ground loop (type B). Both mathematical and methodological methods for reducing uncertainty have been described.
