The concept of smart sensors operation in distributed information-measuring and control systems
The main features of smart sensor and its structure are given. A common approach to the organization of sensors interaction based on SWE standards is considered. The proposed methods make use of service-oriented architecture for implementation of intelligent capabilities and organizing general functioning. The application examples and additional advantages of the proposed approach are described.

Processing and filtering of measurement data from sensor elements
The article presents a study of a software-configurable radio using GNU Radio software. The main purpose of the study is the practical implementation of a receiver using GNU Radio for digital signal processing at the application level. A block diagram of a software module for signal reception and transmission, a software module for signal processing and analysis of recovered data have been developed. The comparison with the initial data is carried out. The article presents the results of a study that includes a comparison of different types of signals with an assessment of changes, using GNU Radio for the practical implementation of a software-configurable radio receiver in processing digital signals from various sources.

Ternary logic circuits based on the memristor «Knowm»
The features of modeling the operation of ternary logic circuits constructed using the memristor «Knowm»: circuits of ternary basic logic elements «AND» and «OR» are considered. It is concluded that the efficiency of the developed scheme is tested using «LTspice» modeling, which lays the foundation for subsequent studies of ternary logic circuits based on memristors.

Methods for forming OLED color pixels
This paper presents technologies of forming RGB pixels for the production of full-color CMOS based OLED micro displays. Focus will be on the problems of high brightness active matrix OLED (AMOLED) micro displays, associated with the emission of pixels in a certain color range.

An approach to synthesize inertial-satellite navigation solution integrity control algorithms for unmanned vertical takeoff and landing vehicles
Air transport ongoing trends feature the concept of urban aeromobility (UA), which heavily exploits a new type of vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aerial vehicles (VTOL-UAV). To reach the successful implementation among the problems to be solved is assuring of the required levels of accuracy and integrity of the navigation in general and global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) in particular. In modern aviation, GNSS are the main navigation source, but it should be noted that they are prone to natural and intentional interference that affects accuracy and integrity. One measure to suppress those effects within the concept of UA is an application of the integrity control (IC) algorithm that takes in consideration diversity of operating mode, lack of unified VTOL-UAV alone with non-uniformity of applicable standards and certification base. The paper is describing the IC algorithm synthesis approach focusing on the mentioned factors.

NDT Russia – 2023
A brief analytical overview of the events of the international exhibition «NDT Russia» and the business program held simultaneously with it, organized by the organizing committee of the exhibition «NDT Russia» and the Russian Laboratory company, is presented. All events took place at the International Exhibition Center «Crocus Expo», pavilion 1, hall 3. 50 companies took part in the exhibition event, and information support was provided by: the scientific and technical magazine «World of Measurements», the magazine «Territory Neftegaz», the monthly scientific and production magazine «Labor Safety in Industry» and 20 other information sponsors of the event.
In addition to equipment for non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics, modern control, measuring, testing and analytical equipment is beginning to appear at the stands of exhibition participants. This year there was a focus on high-tech solutions and automation for mechanical engineering, metallurgy, oil and gas and other industries. The exhibition demonstrated the high technical level of non-destructive testing means and their metrological support.
