Development of an algorithm for calculating the parameters of the primary sensor transducer fora dynamic indentation device

This paper considers the issue of developing an algorithm for calculating the parameters of the primary transducer based on the magnetic induction method with differential inductors. A general algorithm for calculating the primary transducer and the geometric parameters of the inductor and indenter has been developed.

Kinematic model of motion of the hexapod robot control system

The study of the trajectory of the robot limb movement for the control system of a walking hexapod robot was carried out. A kinematic model of a hexapod robot has been developed. The equations connecting the values of the movement of the robot limbs and the angles of their location are found. The simulation of the obtained kinematic model made it possible to determine the trajectories of the limb movement of the hexapod robot.

Synthesis of fuzzy-logical control system with application of PID-regulation of technological processes of dynamic objects

This paper is devoted to the synthesis of fuzzy-logical control system using PID control for technological processes of dynamic objects. Under conditions of uncertainty and constant dynamics of technological processes, it is necessary to have an effective control that allows to compensate perturbations and achieve the set goals. Synthesis of the control system is carried out on the basis of PID-regulator and fuzzy logic. PID controller provides fast and accurate response to changes in input signals and control errors. Fuzzy logic allows to express fuzzy dependencies between input and output variables of systems, unpredictability and nonlinearity of object dynamics. The questions of research of dynamics of control system of technological processes with application of fuzzy-logic PID-regulator are considered. The methodology of synthesis of fast-acting algorithm of fuzzy-logical inference on the basis of neuro-fuzzy network, which allows to exclude empty and null solutions in the problems of defining the architecture and calculating the weights of the process neural network arcs, is proposed. To correct the parameters and structure of the fuzzy-logical PID controller it is proposed to include an adaptation block in the control system loop. Adaptation is carried out taking into account the states of the object and external influences. The developed models and algorithms are tested for adequacy on a real example by solving the problem of controlling the absorption process of soda ash production and comparing the results with the real object.

Math model of zoom lens

A math model, which describes a zoom lens with constraint on a power of third component, is shown. The math model includes the number of components and its relative aperture ratio and defines more exactly components law of motion.

Graphic modeling of automated technological and production processes in NOSQL databases

The article proposes a unified approach to the digital transformation of production and technological processes, efficient processing and storage of information, implemented through NoSQL databases, in particular through a graph model for representing relationships between data. The methodology for developing non-relational databases and issues of using a graph data model are considered. The issues of developing graph data models in the applied field are covered. Examples are given of the practical application of graph data models and databases in production and technological processes in mechanical engineering. A methodology for processing information for technological and production processes using graph databases is presented.

Development of a mathematical model of an exploit embedded in a non-executable file format, taking into account the payload

The article is devoted to exploit embedded in a nonexecutable format file is modeled in terms of a mathematical description of its component element the payload. The presented mathematical model can be used to solve the problem of identifying threats to information security violations implemented through malicious code distributed in the form of exploits. The problems associated with searching for vulnerabilities in hardware and software systems are described, and the result of an analysis of popular approaches to solving them is given.

Atmospheric boundary layer monitoring system based on a tethered multi-rotor platform

To organize educational and sports events in the field of ultralight aviation, it is critical to have up-to-date information on the state of the meteorological situation. In addition, flight support can be significantly influenced by the heterogeneity of air masses, terrain features and various meteorological phenomena, such as thermal activity, wind shear and others. To collect up-to-date information about the current state of the atmosphere, the possibility of using an information-measuring instrument complex based on a multi-rotor platform with external cable power supply, equipped with a system for meteorological measurements, is being considered.

Gyroscopic orientation technology in the task of developing a methodology directionals calibration

The problem of calibration of the directions set by rigidly fixed reference points, in relation to measuring instruments outside the scope of state regulation, is considered. An example of solving the problem using a ground-based, surveying gyrocompass is given.
